At Brufellas Tech Solutions, we have a school of Entrepreneurship Studies with two arms. The first arm is the School of Intrapreneurship, Staff Productivity and Capacity Building while the second is the School of Entrepreneurship, Mind Shift and Goal Setting.

At the School of Intrapreneurship, Productivity and Capacity Building, we work with Organizations, Companies, Hotels, Schools, Churches, Groups, etc to help build the spirit of Intrapreneurship in their workforce with indept training courses that enables them to be motivated, efficient, creative, innovative, solution driven and perform at their peak on their job.
In our training courses, we understand that entrepreneurial mindset is increasingly needed within corporations and organizations as much as outside to set new vision, disrupt ways of doing things, anticipate change, and solve problems that will better our work culture and attitude.
We also realized that Innovation is strategy for the future. Since individuals like you and me make up our private sector, public sector and civil society, we need more individuals creating new and better norms within larger structures. With these trainings, a better mindset and attitude is built which all inevitably helps corporations to be more productive, effective and profitable thereby assisting them in achieving their goals and visions.
